Creation of a comfortable living environment- the major principle of modern town-planning policy which is realised in general reconstruction of the central part of the city where with formation of modern type of housing areas, expansion, accomplishment of streets and avenues is carried out. Residents of the capital note that now one can reach the necessary point more faster, and traditionally problem places on the capital routes have ceased to be those - jams have disappeared, the traffic and its safety level has raised. Preparation of Ashgabat for the Asian games -2017 leaves a special mark on these works, introducing the atmosphere of exciting expectation of grandiose event in the capital. Avenue of Trade Unions was reconstructed Reconstruction of Avenue of Trade Unions laid several decades ago in the 9th micro-district has become an example of care of creation of comfortable environment in the conditions of old building of the capital. This green zone stretched from the Street named after Alty Karlieva up to the first thoroughfare of the Street named after Hero of Turkmenistan Atamurat Niyazov in the 10th micro-district, was reequipped. In the driveway parts of the streets surrounded by trees and bushes, a pedestrian zone, the asphalt covering and curbs were replaced. At the avenue concrete sidewalks were laid anew, decorated fixtures and small architectural forms were established, children's playgrounds were built. At that former and new durable and steady green plantings were preserved. Subways and pedestrian overpasses - traffic safety Development of road and transport infrastructure of Ashgabat continues. Within the large-scale modernisation of highways of the capital builders conduct reconstruction of the tunnel near the state circus and other sites of Mahtumkuli Avenue. One more subway located on the crossing of Streets Nurmuhammet Andalib and «10 years of well-being» was opened. Here the new automobile tunnel under the roundabout road was put in operation. Now this crossroads with heavy traffic became much safer for pedestrians and raised the throughput of the large highway. The same pedestrian crossing operates now in Street Azadi at market ""Gulistan"". In the near future in Street Azadi will start to operate one more pedestrian crossing - on the site between the market «Teke bazary» and the parking of city shuttle buses. Five more overmotorings for pedestrians will be erected on the busiest highways of the city in the near future. The basic part of the large-scale contract concluded with Turkish company «Nata Inshaat Turizm Tijaret ve Sanayi A was executed for modernisation of the city motor transportation infrastructure. Full reconstruction of 56 kilometres of city roads was finished - engineering networks were laid anew, driveway and sidewalks were expanded, surface of roads were covered and decorated support of electric lighting were installed anew as well. On the basic highways it already 32 underground and 15 overground passages answering to high international standards both on quality and traffic safety conditions, were constructed. Flower-growing farm in Bekreve The large flower-growing farm was constructed in the populated area Bekreve of Archabil etrap of Ashgabat. Here annually ten thousand of bushes of various ornamental plants, seedlings of seasonal flowers intended for gardening of parks, squares, esplanades and capital highways, will be grown. As customers of the object the khyakimlik of Archabil etrap in the territory of which hotbeds were constructed and Ministry of Municipal Services of Turkmenistan acted. On the area more than fifty hectares the contractor - UPTK of MMST and its subcontract organisation - PV «Altyn Rysgal» two hotbeds with an area of 10 thousand square metres each were built and platforms for disembarkation of plants in an open ground were prepared. One more hothouse economy with the same area with application of the latest technologies in the territory of the capital populated area Yasmansalyk of Ruhabat etrap was opened. Hothouses for cultivation of garden flowers were made from the galvanised metal covered with sheets from polycarbonate. New flower growing farms were provided with the equipment which allows maintaining all year long in greenhouses constant temperature and humidity, systems of sprinkling and dropping watering. Over beds with plants the fogging system was laid. Near to hothouses sediment bowls for irrigation water and a powerful pump were built, two tanks with a general capacity of 1600 cubic metre, two subsidiary shops, an administrative building were constructed. Cottage houses area in Choganly The large cottage houses area has emerged in the northern part of the capital in the small town of Choganly. Along the automobile highway Ashgabat - Dashoguz building companies-members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan 332 two-storeyed cottage type apartment houses were built. On the area of 70 hectares buildings, meeting the highest requirements have been built. The raised comfort and improved lay-out of new houses is combined here with high degree of ecological compatibility, autonomy and durability of structures. Building of comfortable houses in Choganly was conducted without attraction of budgetary funds by individual businessmen and economic societies acting as large customers and share participants of erection of new habitation. Cottages have expressive architecture of facades, furnish was executed by plates from moisture-proof and heat insulating material – fibre cement. The apartment house of this kind was equipped by individual heating (boilers of which provide hot water not only for heating, but also for household needs), and was provided by split-system WRV for air-conditioning of premises, necessary household appliances and by another life-support systems, connected through system IP television, the Internet and phone. In the territory of new cottage houses of three types - the area of 315 and 305 square metres, and also coupled two-storeyed two-family houses where for each family by 289 square metres are located. In cottages a total area of 315 square metres on the ground floors – a large hall, a drawing room, two corridors, a living room, a kitchen, a pantry and bathrooms. On the second floor - a hall, four bedrooms, a summer terrace and bathrooms. In houses of smaller area - on the second floor three bedrooms. Near each house there is a personal plot with an.area of 0, 6 hectares on which a front garden is laid and an individual parking place is provided. Cottage building has found a large scope in the capital. Only with participation of civil engineering firms - members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the country in the southwest part of the city, within the 15th turn of building and also in its northern part - in the populated area Choganly over five hundred houses of cottage type. Even more two hundred similar houses will be built from ferro-concrete panels in the same populated area by building organisations of the khyakimlik of Ashgabat city. Such decision of the housing programme when along with skyscrapers of improved lay-out houses of cottage type are under construction, will allow to expand possibilities of citizens in the choice of convenient and suitable habitation answering both modern requirements and individual inquiries and preferences of tenants.
