The Presidents of Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan discuss issues of interstate cooperation in Avaza

Talks between President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirzeev, who arrived in Turkmenistan on a working visit, began in the Avaza National Tourism Zone. After the ceremony of the meeting and greetings, the Heads of State conducted negotiations in the ""one on one"" format. The agenda of the Turkmen-Uzbek summit was devoted to the development of partnership between the two neighboring countries in trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres. Also, the heads of state will discuss matters of regional and international policy, which are of mutual interest. Following the meeting of the Presidents of Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, it is planned to sign a package of bilateral documents.
