Exhibition of Household Goods Demonstrates Competitiveness of Local Producers

The versatile exposition displayed at the Expo Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry reflected the various patterns and trends in production of household goods and home improvement services. This includes different types of furniture and interior items; household appliances; carpets; textiles; tableware; kitchen and bathroom solutions; sports equipment; materials for repair and home décor; decorative and applied arts items; works of fine arts; and souvenirs reflecting the national culture. Local producers demonstrated the high level of competitiveness under a free market economy and international economic cooperation, focusing primarily on import substitution and exports. Extensive exposition stands represented our country’s major sector-relevant agencies and private companies engaged in trade and foreign economic relations; textile and chemical industry; construction materials and electrical equipment industry and publishing activities. Local entrepreneurs successfully master the market of various plastic products; LED lamps and electronic devices. They also managed to develop the production of prefabricated household appliances. The exposition provided the opportunity to discover the innovative TV and computer equipment by world brands and trademarks. This specialized exhibition served as an open platform for drawing attention of potential clients, and promoting the goods on the consumer market.
