The book by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov titled "Magtymguly – the Sage of the World" has become a wonderful and invaluable gift for both the people of Turkmenistan and a wide readership on the eve of 2025, designated as the "International Year of Peace and Trust," and at the conclusion of 2024, celebrated as the "Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Fragi". In connection with this, presentations of this work by Arkadagly Hero Serdar have been taking place since the first days of the new year. Today, an event dedicated to the release of the book "Magtymguly – the Sage of the World" was held in the capital at the Center for Public Organizations, jointly organized by Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Mejlis and public organizations.

As is known, at an expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers and State Security Council held on December 27, the President of Turkmenistan, addressing its participants, expressed satisfaction that during the "Year of Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Fragi," historically significant transformations had been implemented in the country. He noted that the Turkmen people live peaceful and happy lives, that the 300th anniversary of the great son of the Turkmen nation had been widely celebrated internationally, and announced that he had completed work on his book "Magtymguly – the Sage of the World."

The head of state emphasized that this work highlights the literary heritage of this outstanding master of words, his immense contribution to world culture, events held in honor of his anniversary, as well as the high achievements and successes reached by Turkmenistan.

During their speeches at the presentation, participants primarily expressed gratitude to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov for this remarkable literary work and conveyed their wishes for new achievements and success in all his noble endeavors.

The first pages of the book feature beautiful poems: "The Future of Turkmenistan" by Magtymguly Fragi and "Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Fragi" by National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

The book comprehensively explores Magtymguly's significance in Turkmen history and his creative contributions to the golden treasury of world literature. It reflects scientific research on studying Magtymguly’s life and works, highlights the importance of his wise teachings in strengthening universal peace, and covers international events held in 2024 under the motto "Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Fragi" to mark the 300th anniversary of this outstanding master of words.

Speakers emphasized that the new book by Arkadagly Hero Serdar is addressed to a wide readership and admirers of the rich literary heritage of Magtymguly. 

The book consists of eight sections:  "The Key to Understanding Magtymguly"; "The School of Magtymguly Fragi and Turkmen Scholars of Magtymguly "; "Fount of Wisdom"; "Poet of Peace"; "Poet of Times and Civilizations"; "Remain in the Memory of the People"; "Adopted Documents, Congratulations and Speeches Related to the 300th Anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi"; "On the Path to the Creator and Truth".   

The publication is produced at a high printing standard, presented as separate books in three languages—Turkmen, Russian and English—and is richly illustrated. 

During the presentation, excerpts from the new work were read aloud.

In his book, the President of Turkmenistan placed special emphasis on the importance of correctly interpreting the legacy of this outstanding thinker, who possessed profound wisdom and exceptional talent. As Arkadagly Hero Serdar noted:  

"Magtymguly is a deep ocean, to find the pearls of his creativity, one must dive to its depths. Magtymguly is a high sky, to grasp its height, one must rise to the stars. Magtymguly is a great man, to understand his perfection, one must possess high human qualities."

The new work of the head of state "Magtymguly – the Sage of the World" particularly highlights talented scholars, professors, writers and foreign specialists who contributed to studying the life and literary legacy of this great poet, giving high praise to their work. The book includes lists of individuals awarded the jubilee medal "Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna" and commemorative badges according to relevant documents signed by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. These awards serve as valuable reminders for future generations.

In his work, Arkadagly Hero Serdar stated:  

"Along with followers of Magtymguly's literary school and those who created artistic depictions of him in their works, it is essential to mention scholars who study the scientific and literary legacy of this great poet. In truth, every Turkmen is a scholar of Magtymguly. Every Turkmen strives throughout their life to understand him, living by his words and teachings."  

The new book by the head of state serves as a key to understanding the rich literary heritage of this poet and sage, an outstanding son of the Turkmen nation.
