Today, the 10^th meeting of the national centre of the Trade Unions and the 17^th meeting of the Central Board of the Union of Women took place in the capital and they considered organizational issues.

As participants of meetings underlined, public organisations as well as Unions of Trade and Women make a great contribution to the strengthening of independence of our fatherland, maintenance of unity of citizens and their encouragement into creative and fruitful work. All this corresponds to the goals and objectives of the policy of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and promotes further prosperity and dynamical development of our state.

The issues considered by them included election of new heads of the national centre of unions of trade and women in connection with transfer of former chairwoman of these organisations A.Durdyeva to another position.

Several candidates to this post were nominated, their professional qualities, organising and other skills were discussed.

Following the results of the voting O.Berdilieyva was unanimously elected chairwoman of the national centre of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan and chairwoman of the Central Board of the Union of Women. Corresponding resolutions were adopted.

Participants of meetings expressed warm gratitude to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for the far-sighted policy, successful realisation of large-scale programs for the benefit of Turkmen people and assured that they would do their utmost, use their knowledge and experience for further successful implementation of high goals of the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State and prosperity of our fatherland.
