Brand of the Ashgabat Asian Games combines ethnographic style and creative design

The official brand of the V Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games has been officially adopted. A new expressive symbol, which reflects our country’s national identity and innovation, creativity and fresh artistic ideas, was added to a number of the other 2017 Asian Games-related logos. The bright lifeline runs through the entire image, which combines epochs, seasons of the year and different scenery of Turkmen land. Outlines of the well-known historical monuments and new architectural landmarks of Turkmenistan, white yurts, carpet patterns, items of jewelry and even fights of wrestlers (palvan) can be easily recognized in the Asian Games brand. Understanding of the fact that the Games will be a bright chapter in the modern history of Turkmenistan is at the heart of the brand. The brand expressively represents the manifestation of national identity and love for peace, an invitation to joint creative activity, friendship between nations for the glorious common future.
