The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent sincere congratulations to the Hero of Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation, test cosmonaut instructor, commander of the cosmonaut corps of the Roscosmos State Corporation for Space Activities Oleg Kononenko on the occasion of Cosmonautics Day. 

“As a representative of a noble profession, You consistently facilitate the development of modern science, which can improve the life of all humanity,” Hero-Arkadag noted in his message.
