An international creative event dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the Turkmen capital took place at the Monument “White City Ashgabat”. The event brought together popular national and foreign artists.

Soloists from the twin cities of our capital - Tashkent (Uzbekistan), Dushanbe (Tajikistan), Nur-Sultan (Kazakhstan), Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan), Ankara (Turkey), Albuquerque (USA), as well as the partner city of Yerevan (Armenia) took part in the festive musical event held online. They prepared bright videos with creative congratulations to Ashgabat residents.

Popular singers in national costumes of their countries sang a new song in the Turkmen language dedicated to our white marble capital.

The festive action held in the center of the capital, the performances of artists from different cities of the world and the views of beautiful Ashgabat demonstrated on huge monitors, created an extraordinary atmosphere of spiritual unity.

Ashgabat citizens expressed gratitude to the artists for this wonderful gift with the storm of applause. The declarations of love for the Turkmen capital - the city of peace, friendship and happiness - sounded inspirational on this warm May evening.
