Today, in Arkadag, the most modern city of the current epoch, built thanks to the efforts of Hero-Arkadag, a festive sadaqah was held to mark the presentation of the registration of the certificate for a new mosque, “Arkadagyň ruhy metjidi”.

Participants of the sadaqah, held at the Märkaw Cultural and Entertainment Center in Arkadag, were particularly delighted to hear the good news that the new mosque has been officially named “Arkadagyň ruhy metjidi”.

As is known, the day before, on August 13, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Hero-Arkadag, made a working visit to Arkadag city to familiarize himself with the new construction projects and their design solutions as part of the second construction phase. A working meeting was held with the participation of relevant officials, at which Hero-Arkadag was informed of the good news: based on public suggestions, the 30,000-seat mosque being built in the new city has been named “Arkadagyň Ruhy Metjidi”, being registered by the Ministry of Justice and executed according to the established procedure.

After reciting the “tebyarek” moleben, the country’s mufti offered prayers for the prosperity of the Fatherland, the unity, and well-being of the people, wishing Haji Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Haji Serdar sound health, long life, and success in their extensive public service. He also extended congratulations on the presentation of the registration certificate for the new “Arkadagyň Ruhy Metjidi” Mosque, which will further strengthen the cohesion and spiritual unity of our society.

In keeping with tradition, national cuisine was offered to those gathered.

At the conclusion of the meal, the “Ayat-tovir” was recited and prayers were offered for the well-being of the country and the unity of the people, with wishes for good health, long life, and success in their work for the state to Haji Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Haji Serdar. May the new “Arkadagyň ruhy metjidi” Mosque become a center of humanistic principles!

Then, the elders who participated in the sadaqah visited the Gokdepe Mosque, where they performed the Friday prayer. The good wishes expressed during the sadaqah and the traditions of the Friday prayer reflected the scale of the country’s efforts to realize noble causes.

Furthermore, the Friday prayer recited jointly at the Gokdepe Mosque served as a testament to the great importance our society places on observing ancient national customs and religious canons.

During the salat, prayers were offered so that best wishes would be accepted by the Almighty. This is further confirmation that the primordial traditions and noble principles of the Turkmen people, who hold sacred Muslim values in high regard, are evolving in line with modern realities.

The joint fulfillment of this sacred commandment by our compatriots is a clear demonstration of the inviolability of the principle of unity in Turkmen society, as well as the success of the endeavors of Haji Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Haji Serdar, defined by national values.

During today’s Friday prayer, verses from the Holy Quran were recited, prayers were offered for unity, a peaceful and happy life for the native people, and wishes for good health, longevity, and success in their large-scale public service to Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar.

Thus, the festive sadaqah given on the occasion of the presentation of the registration of the certificate of the new mosque “Arkadagyň ruhy metjidi” in the new city, the wishes and prayers offered during it, as well as the verses from the Holy Scripture read during the Friday prayer, fully reflected the continuity of spiritual traditions, as well as the successful implementation of grandiose goals and plans in the country, based on the principles of humanism, thanks to the initiatives of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Haji Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Haji Serdar in the interests of the state and society.
