President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held regular video conference session with participation of the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, who supervises agricultural complex, and heads of the regions. Issues of social and economic development, seasonal agricultural works and preparation to holidays have been reviewed at the session.

First, head of Ahal Region Ya. Gurbanov has reported on the situation in the region. In particular, the information about agricultural works, measures for improvement of social and living conditions of the population of the region, construction of various facilities, which opening is timed to the 30^th anniversary of neutrality, has been presented.

Having listened to the report, the President of Turkmenistan has demanded to hold the cotton sowing, care of wheat, fruit and vegetable crops under permanent control. Special focus has been made on fulfillment of planned objectives for production of silk cocoons.

The instructions on organize conduct of lambing campaign in livestock farms have been given. In addition, the head of the state has noted the importance of compliance with schedule of commissioning of various facilities.

Further, Governor of Balkan Region T. Atahalliyev has reported on the situation in the region. It was reported about measures for proper solution of objectives followed from National rural program, for provision of high quality and compliance with time of construction of social and production facilities.

Summing up the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has noted that seasonal works expanded in the fields have to meet agricultural requirements and to be carried out using scientific developments taking into account local soil and climate conditions.

It is necessary to make all conditions for work of livestock producers to conduct the lambing campaign on proper level, Turkmen leader said.

In addition, the focus has been made on the importance of fulfilment of all works provided in the Program of social and economic development of the country in 2019 – 2025.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has noted that timely construction of various facilities in the region is one of the main time requirements.

Video conference working session was continued with report of Governor of Dashoguz Region N. Nazarmyradov.

Having listened to the report, the President of Turkmenistan gave number of specific instructions for improvement of farming culture.

Noting that special attention is paid to provision of food abundance and increment of production volumes of vegetable and cucurbitaceous crops at present time, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov gave number of instructions related to care of vegetable and cucurbitaceous crops.

Having highlighted the subjects of spring planting, the head of the state requested Vice-premier E. Orazgeldiyev and the governor to hold timely completion of tree planting campaign under control.

Having highlighted the importance of timely completion of works planned under implementation of the Program of social and economic development of the country in 2019 – 2025 and National rural program, the head of the state pointed out the importance of completion of construction of facilities, which opening is timed to the 30^th anniversary of the country’s independence, on timely basis and with high quality.

Further, head of Lebap Region Sh. Amangeldiyev has reported on works carried out in the fields. Information about ongoing tree planting campaign, conditions made for productive work of livestock producers, preparation to cocoon production season has been presented.

Having focused attention on number of other utmost objectives, Turkmen leader noted that it is necessary to approach the subjects of quality care of winter crops, vegetable, cucurbitaceous and other crops with full responsibility.

Separate instruction has been given for completion of the spring planting of trees according to the schedule. Camel and sheep lambing campaign has to be carried out in livestock farms on proper level, the President said.

It is necessary to pay close attention to implementation of the Program of social and economic development of the country in 2019 – 2025 and National rural program, to construction of social and production facilities.

In this context, the head of the state has requested to hold the situation at the construction sites of facilities, which are planned to be opened on the anniversary of independence, under control. The works at these facilities have to be carried out in compliance with set schedule using eco-friendly materials.

Further, Governor of Mary Region D. Annaberdiyev has reported on seasonal agricultural works. In addition, it was informed about the spring tree planting campaign and care of new trees, lambing campaign as well as making of proper conditions for silk cocoons producers.

Having noted that provision of the pollution with various food production is one of the main goals of national agricultural complex, Turkmen leader addressed Vice-premier E. Orazgeldiyev and head of the region with number of certain instructions.

The head of the state has also demanded to hold the completion of the spring tree planting works and production of cocoons under control.

It is necessary to carry out lambing campaign on proper level in livestock farms of the region, the President said requesting to make all conditions for the personnel of this sphere.

It is also necessary to pay special attention to implementation of the Program of social and economic development of the country and National rural program, the head of the state noted pointing out the importance to complete the construction of facilities planned to be opened on the 30^th anniversary of independence on time and with high quality.

Continuing the session, the President has received the report of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers E. Orazgeldiyev who informed about current situation in the structures of agricultural complex, seasonal agricultural works and measures for acceleration of the construction rates in the regions.

Having listened to the report and focused on importance of implementation of the government programs aimed at reformation of agricultural complex, the head of the state highlighted that acceleration of rates of all works is the main objective today. It will support the increment of volumes of agricultural production and improvement of life level of the population.

Highlighting that all events planned on occasion of the 30^th anniversary of independence in the regions have to meet the spirit of the epoch, Turkmen leader has demanded to put maximum efforts for fulfilment of all plans.
