Exhibition and conference of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, which are traditionally timed to the day of formation of this big structure, which unites around 26,000 representatives of domestic private business, have started working in Turkmen capital.
Not only achievements but also a huge potential of business structures, which demonstrate activity almost in all branches of national economy, have been presented in the exhibition center of the Trade and Industrial Chamber. At the same time, the focus was made on advanced technologies.
Around 200 exhibitors including structural divisions of the UIET, Rysgal Joint Stock Commercial Bank, big facilities and business entities, which implement major government projects both in the capital and regions demonstrate have put their exhibition stands.
It is worth to mention that symbols of year “Turkmenistan – Home of Peace and Trust” as well as remarkable dates that widely observed in the country this year – the 30th anniversary of independence and 140th anniversary of Ashgabat, was widely used in decoration of exhibition stands and various products of national manufacturers.
Activity of members of the UIET, which specialize in agricultural complex and processing industry, is traditionally widely represented at the exhibition. The facilities of this sector make a significant contribution to strengthening of food independence of the country.
Today, entrepreneurs produce wide variety of diary and meat production, child food, fruit and vegetable concentrates, juices, mayonnaise, ice-cream, canned food, fish production, various confectionary. Agricultural producers increase the production of cucurbitaceous crops, fruits and vegetables including exotic fruits for our country.
Representatives of business communities work on the growth of production volumes of food products by development of new irrigated lands, organization of additional sowing of agricultural crops on these lands, planting of fruit and vine trees, increment of territories of hothouse farms. It gives an opportunity to saturate local market and increase export supplies.
Individual agricultural producers have developed more than 100 hothouse farms with total area of more than 356 hectares. Many of the farms have started cultivating vegetables indoors all year around using modern high technological equipment and innovative methods of care of the plants.
Big agrarian facilities, hothouse farms, production and processing poultry, livestock and fishery complexes, facilities for processing of fruit, vegetable and cucurbitaceous crops.
Certain entrepreneurs introduce the participants of the review with modern technologies used in provision of hothouses and work carried out in ecological sphere. At present time, such directions of agrarian business as vegetable, flower cultivation and gardening are under development.
International ISO and HACCP certificates received by these companies indicate high quality and ecological safety of food products made by local facilities. The first in Turkmenistan laboratory center for expert analysis of safety of food production has been opened by Hil Standard Business Entity at the initiative of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. The competency of this structure in expertize of food production is confirmed by international accreditation according to ISO/IEC17025:2017 standard.
Capabilities of members of the UIET in implementation of the Concept of digital economy in 2019 – 2025 has been presented under the exposition. Private companies engaged in trade and service sphere, expands internet trade and make mobile electronic applications.
The entrepreneurs have actively joined the implementation of the program of establishment and development of electronic industry, which was initiated by the head of Turkmenistan. At the same time, the focus is made on highly efficient eco-friendly production, introduction of digital systems and technological innovations in all branches.
Displays of manufacturers of various house appliances like gas and electric stoves, ovens, microwaves, smart TVs, which do not yield to foreign analogues and are on high consumer demand, have been demonstrated at the exhibition.
Undoubtedly, the attention of the visitors of the exhibition will be attracted by the exhibition hall of Aýdyň gijeler Business Entity – the manufacturer of various modern industrial and electronic production.
The visitors can see the work of Türkmen ýyldyzy enterprise, which demonstrates its capabilities in installation, maintenance and service of power stations, electric motors, generators and transformers, test of all types of electrical equipment.
Activity of entrepreneurs in construction sphere has been traditionally presented at the exhibition. Private companies were entrusted big orders under the government programs, including the programs related to development of Ashgabat. Members of the UIET build residential and cottage complexes, parks, administrative and business centers, major infrastructural facilities in the capital.
Construction of Ashgabat = Turkmenabat highway, new administrative center of Ahal Region, facilities of Ashgabat City and 17th phase of urban development of the capital among big government orders.
Transport and logistic companies, which work receives special significance in the context of implementation of major international projects in this sphere, demonstrate their capabilities att he exhibition.
Visitors can get familiar with one of priority directions of development of local business – opening of import substitution industrial production facilities at the exhibition.
Visitors of the exhibition can receive an information about contribution of entrepreneurs to production of construction materials. Several years ago, the market of building materials was dictated by import production. Today, the situation has changed significantly owing to intensive development of entrepreneurship and yet, local and foreign companies give preference to construction materials made in Turkmenistan due to optimal value for money.
Number of exhibitors engaged in chemical production, which is developed based on natural resources of Turkmenistan, has significantly grown. The displays advertising domestic chemical production are very interesting. Such companies as Şatumar, Täç hil, Argyş and many individual enterprises have presented their novelties on local market of synthetic washing and disinfection liquids, cosmetic and perfume production.
Number of exhibitors demonstrates capabilities of private sector in increment of consumer goods production. It includes textile and footwear producers who have arranged the production of modern clothes, shoes and other required commodities.
Activity of Ashgabat Carpet Production Facility Abadan haly, which presented various carpets and original in color floor mats, can be related to the achievements in industrial sector. The production of this super modern complex is on high demand not only in the country but abroad as well.
Traditionally, facilities of furniture complex demonstrate their achievements and capabilities at the exhibition.
Entrepreneurship School, which implements dozens of educational projects, as well as private centers Päk Nesil and Dalçyn demonstrate capabilities of educational direction of activity of the UIET members.
The entrepreneurs invest in development of service and trade sphere, provide wide range of advertising, publishing and other services, which was also reflected at the exhibition.
Show of Asman Fashion House, which presented 38 exclusive models of spring and summer collection Asman gülleri, was a wonderful gift for the visitors of the exhibition. Design and production of women;s clothes in national style is the main direction of activity of this Fashion House.
Beautiful carpets, unique works of jewelers and embroiderers have been displayed at the exhibition. Souvenirs made in national style, including souvenirs with pictures of historical places, attractions of Turkmen capital, souvenirs dedicated to the 140th anniversary of Ashgabat, have been demonstrated.
The achievements of Turkmen business community in the streamline of the main government programs was discussed at the conference, which took place in the office of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs in the afternoon.
During the forum, the participants have listened to the reports on work of the UIET in various directions, discussed implementation of tasks given to private sector, including completion of big government orders and investment projects, and other current subjects.
Reports on the measures undertaken for entry of Turkmen products to the world market and implementation of digital technologies have been presented.
The exhibition will be continued on the next day. It is also planned to sum up the results of the UIET contest for the best entrepreneur of the year.
