Turkmen sportsmen in the Asian Open Universal Fight in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, won two bronze medals. Moreover, our team consisted of two fighters and each of them came back with a prize. In the tournaments held in the sports complex «Jar», about 120 sportsmen from Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and other countries took part. In the team of our country, the third step of the pedestal of honour was taken by Islam Orazmyradov (under 65 kg), and Muhammetnur Melyayev (under 80 kg). Both sportsmen ( Shokhrat Allayev and Rustam Kurayev – coaches) held three combats in the ring and won bronze medals in the semi-final.
