Ashgabat hosted the meeting of the Central Commission for Elections and Referenda in Turkmenistan, which announced the final results of the election campaign for the President of Turkmenistan.

According to the update provided to TDH by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 39 polling stations at diplomatic representations and consular institutions of our country abroad show high turnout of voters in the elections for the President of Turkmenistan.

In Ashgabat 14 multi-storey apartment houses, and also objects of social infrastructure were put into operation. Administration Centre of Lebap Velayat holds the ceremony of laying of foundation stone of living house for disabled person and other citizens requiring special social protection. The Chairperson and deputies of the Mejlis, leaders of local administration, enterprises and organizations, the elders and youth, construction workers of Zerger ferroconcrete structures plant, who are entrusted to build the facility, gathered there.

In Balkanabat, construction of the block for 48 studio and one-bedroom apartments specifically adjusted for people with disabilities commenced under the Program for the Construction of Free Housing for People with Disabilities that was recently launched in Turkmenistan.

Foundation stone of new modern living house for disabled persons and other citizens requiring social protection was laid in Tejen.
