In order to further strengthen the bonds of friendship and good-neighborliness between peoples, promote physical culture and sports, actively affirm the principles of a healthy lifestyle in society, widely attract the younger generation to sports, as well as to increase the international sports prestige of the country, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree authorizing the State Committee for Physical Culture and Sports together with the International Kurash Association to hold the World Kurash Cup at the martial arts sports complex of the Ashgabat Olympic Village on November 23-28, 2023.

In order to create optimal conditions for cultural leisure of residents and guests of the city of Ashgabat, to further enhance the beauty of its architectural and urban design in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution allowing the Ashgabat city administration to conclude a design and construction contract with the ES «Döwlet Gurluşyk» in Ashgabat a multidisciplinary cultural centre for 4,000 seats with the improvement of the adjacent territory.
In order to create optimal conditions for cultural leisure of residents and guests of the city of Ashgabat and further enhance the beauty of its architectural and urban design in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution allowing the Ministry of Internal Affairs to conclude a contract with the individual enterprise «Nowa hyzmat» for design and construction with landscaping of the adjacent territory of a modern cultural and entertainment park in the metropolitan residential area of Choganly, with the condition of laying internal and external supply engineering systems and facilities for electricity, water supply and sewerage for the park and connecting them to the citywide network.
In order to create and develop new highly efficient technologies in priority areas of the socio-economic development of Turkmenistan, to implement at the present level measures related to maintaining the optimal relationship between science, education, production and commerce in the field of promising industries in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, as well as proper organizing the activities of scientific and technological centers, in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On Scientific Organizations», the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, approving the Regulations on scientific and technological centres.
To appoint Seyitmammedov Myratgeldi Ballyyevich Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the State of Qatar (Doha city).
In order to further strengthen trade and economic relations of Turkmenistan with neighboring countries in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, as well as in accordance with the Agreement between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed on the 5th of October in 2021 on the establishment and regulation of the activities of the Turkmen-Uzbek border trade zone - the Trade Centre, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, allowing the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations to conclude with the repair and construction unit of the subordinated Central Department of consumer associations companies a contract for the design and construction of a shopping center in the Turkmen-Uzbek border zone of the Dashoguz velayat with the improvement of the adjacent territory, with the condition of laying external supply engineering communication systems, electricity and water supply.
