To dismiss Amannepesov Nurmuhammet Kakabaevich from the post of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan in connection with the transfer to another job.

To appoint Yusupova Gulshat Geldiyevna as the rector of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, relieving her of the post of vice-rector of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan for academic work.

To appoint Ovezsahedov Orazgeldi Kakabayevich as the rector of the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly.

To dismiss Orazov Parahat Orazmuhamedovich from the post of rector of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction for serious shortcomings in his work.

To appoint Mammedov Batyr Meretdurdyyevich as the rector of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction, relieving him of the post of vice-rector for academic affairs at the International University of Oil and Gas named after Yagshygeldi Kakayev.

In order to further develop cooperation between Turkmenistan and international organizations and create favourable conditions for their activities on the territory of our country, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order according to which the «Mirap» hotel with its adjacent territory, which is on the balance sheet of the Production Hotel Complex under the Ashgabat City Administration, was transferred to the Permanent Mission of the United Nations in Turkmenistan.
