On awarding the President of Turkmenistan Berdimuhamedov Serdar Gurbangulyevich the title of Hero of Turkmenistan
Guided by the principles of mercy and humanism bequeathed by our great ancestors, in order to further strengthen the unity and cohesion of Turkmen society and every family, and on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree «On the pardon of convicted on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan», freeing the pardoned citizens of our country from further serving the main sentence of imprisonment, as well as from the additional punishment of being required to live in a certain area.
Guided by the principles of humanism and virtue of our ancestors, based on adherence to generally recognized international norms for the protection of human rights and freedoms, taking into account the right of people to freely choose citizenship, as well as in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On Citizenship of Turkmenistan», the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree «On Admission to citizenship of Turkmenistan» deciding to accept a group of persons permanently residing in the territory of our country, who do not have citizenship, into the citizenship of Turkmenistan.
Guided by the principles of humanism and virtue of our ancestors, based on adherence to generally recognized international standards for the protection of human rights and freedoms, as well as in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan «On Migration», the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution according to which a group of foreign citizens was given permission to reside in our country.
Under the wise leadership of the respected President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, large-scale transformations are being implemented for the socio-economic development of our country, consistently increasing the living standards of the people.
In the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state in 2024, when the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi will be widely celebrated, continuing the noble traditions of the Turkmens, uniting our compatriots living in different countries of the world under one sachak in order to glorify the policy of neutrality of our state, the principles of peace, friendship, good neighborliness and humanism, studying the material and spiritual heritage of our people, popularizing the great achievements of our country throughout the world, as well as developing relations in other areas, I decree:
Considering the significant contribution to improving the activities of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmen of the World in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of a powerful state, merits in the study of national culture, art, folk art, literature, history of the Turkmen people and their popularization among other peoples of the world, strengthening friendly ties with the Turkmens of the world, propaganda in the international arena of state policy of an independent neutral Fatherland, the successes achieved during the years of independence, as well as on the occasion of the glorious 32nd anniversary of the sacred independence of neutral Turkmenistan, I decree:
In order to implement the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan № 473 dated 7th of March, 2023, as well as to improve the architectural and urban appearance of the city of Arkadag, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, allowing the khyakimlik of the Geoktepe etrap of the Ahal velayat to conclude a contract with the economic association (HO) «Çyzgy» for design and construction in in the city of Arkadag a children's park with landscaping of the surrounding areas.
By order of the President of Turkmenistan, the delegation of the Mejlis, headed by the Chairwoman of the Mejlis D. Gulmanova, was allowed to go on a business trip to the city of Seoul, Republic of Korea, from 17th to 20th of September, 2023 to participate in the interparliamentary forum of the countries of Central Asia and the Republic of Korea.
