In order to further strengthen the unity, harmony and cohesion of the native people in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, respect for centuries-old traditions and customs, preservation of our spiritual wealth, and also in accordance with Article 81 of the Labour Code of Turkmenistan, I decree:
In order to further increase the world glory of our “paradise” horses, being the national treasure and pride of the Turkmen people, as well as in accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan # 12657 “On holding competitions on the occasion of the National Day of the Turkmen Horse” dated November 16, 2012, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Order.
In order to successfully solve the tasks set for the development of the country’s agriculture, further increase the volume of agricultural and food products manufactured in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, as well as create guaranteed food abundance, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution instructing the State Association of Food Industry, as well as the khyakimlik of Mary velayat to ensure the generous harvest of sugar beets in the etraps of the above-mentioned region using scientifically based crop rotation in accordance with agro-technical requirements.
Following the age-old traditions of good relations and humanism of the Turkmen people, in order to send gifts on the 4th of April, 2024 on behalf of the Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Care named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to the children of the friendly Tajik people, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order.
Decree of the President of Turkmenistan on the appointment and dismissal of prosecutors
Guided by the principles of mercy and humanism bequeathed to us by our great ancestors, in order to further strengthen the unity and cohesion of Turkmen society and every family, as well as on the occasion of the sacred Gadyr Gijesi, the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree «On pardon in honour of the sacred Gadyr gijesi of convicted persons», releasing those pardoned from further serving the main sentence of imprisonment.
In order to successfully implement the educational policy of the President of Turkmenistan in the era of the Revival of a new epoch of a powerful state, create favorable conditions for modern education and upbringing, develop the young generation into specialists with a broad outlook who understand innovative technologies, as well as presenting laptops as gifts to students admitted in 2024 – 2025 academic year in the first grade of secondary schools of the country, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution according to which the Ministry of Education is allowed to conclude contracts with the Agzybirlik tilsimaty Joint Venture and the Aýdyň gijeler Economic Society for the purchase of laptops produced in Turkmenistan, their installation before August 1, 2024 in educational institutions and their maintenance.
By the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Batyr Amangeldievich Annaev was relieved of his post as Deputy General Director of the Transport and Communications Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers in view of his transfer to another job.
