By Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, fulfilment of duties of khyakim of the Balkan velayat was temporarily laid upon deputy khyakim of the Balkan velayat Annayev Jumanazar.

In order to widely popularize in the future the potential of the city of Arkadag, built on the initiative of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag, based on the concept of «smart city» using advanced new generation technologies and having all the conditions for holding various thematic events, inspiring creative workers to create new works and organizing in the country the Weeks of Culture dedicated to the Day of Workers of Culture and Art, as well as Magtymguly's Poetry as a holiday of Turkmen culture, art and literature The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, according to which it was ordered to hold the Week of Culture on the 22nd to 27th of June, 2024 in the city of Arkadag, located on the territory of the Ahal velayat, as well as the Organizing Committee for the Week of Culture was created and its composition was approved.

By order of the President of Turkmenistan, members of the delegation of our country headed by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty, Honourary Elder of Turkmenistan, Haji Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov were allowed to travel to Mecca (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) to perform the Hajj rites on the 29th to 30th of June, 2023.

In accordance with Article 30 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On legal acts», the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree. According to the document, amendments and additions are made to the Regulations on the placement of graduates of secondary and higher vocational educational institutions, approved by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan dated the 3rd of February, 2019 «On approval of the Regulations on the placement of graduates of secondary and higher vocational educational institutions».

In order to further ensure the rights and well-being of children in the era of the Renaissance of the new era of the powerful state, which is one of the priority areas of state policy, to create conditions aimed at protecting and systematically improving the rights of children in the socio-political, socio-economic, national and cultural spheres, social and living conditions of the younger generation, improving the quality of education and preparing children for life, the educational work carried out with them, the practical implementation of their rights and increasing opportunities to use these rights, as well as confirming Turkmenistan's commitment to its obligations under international treaties in the field of ensuring children's rights , the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree.

In order to further increase the international prestige of Turkmenistan, popularize its achievements in the socio-economic fields in the world, develop trade and economic relations with foreign countries in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of a powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.

With a view of careful preservation of primordial spiritual-moral values of Turkmen people, regular augmentation of national traditions and customs inherited from ancestors, further strengthening of unity and cohesion of our courageous, inspired people in the Era of Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, being guided by noble principles of generosity, decency and humanism and also according to article 81 of the Labour Code of Turkmenistan, I decree:

With a view of fulfilment of the tasks proceeding from international obligations on preservation of the environment, including realisation in our country of the Paris Agreement on reduction of emissions of volumes of greenhouse gases and also wide adjustment of cooperation of Turkmenistan with developed states of the world, authoritative international organisations and large companies on exploration of the issue of joining the Global Methane Commitment, the President of Turkmenistan  signed the Resolution. According to the document, the Road map on development of international cooperation aimed at study of the issue of joining of Turkmenistan the Global Methane Commitment for 2023-2024 and the Plan of action for its realisation.

With a view to ensure a well-organized opening ceremony of Arkadag city constructed at the initiative of National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the basis of the concept "smart city" with application of high technologies of new generation, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, that instructs:
