Considering merits in expansion of friendly relations between Turkmenistan and the Kyrgyz Republic, in studying, careful preservation, popularisation and transfer of the creative heritage of the poet-classic of the Turkmen literature of Magtymguly Fragi to future generations, a big personal contribution to rapprochement and enrichment of cultures, strengthening of friendship, brotherhood and mutually beneficial cooperation between Turkmen and Kyrgyz people as well as on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi to award President of the Kyrgyz Republic Japarov Sadyr Nurgozhoevich the anniversary medal of Turkmenistan «Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna» as well as commemorative and gift badges.
