The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, having prescribed to ceremoniously celebrate on August 12, 2015 the Caspian Sea Day in the National Tourist Zone «Avaza»; in the frames of the event - to hold the scientific practical conference, sports and culture events , competition of photographers, as well as the contest of decorative and applied art among the children.

The President of Turkmenistan signed a Ukase on appointing Colonel Dovrangeldi Garyagdyevich Bairamov as Chairman of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan, relieving him of the post of Chairman of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan.

The President of Turkmenistan signed a Ukase on conferring the Presidential Security Service Chief Major General Guichgeldi Hojaberdievich Hojaberdiev the military rank of Lieutenant General.

The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on authorizing the khyakimlik of Lebap velayat to make a contract with “Nahal” Economic Company for designing and constructing of a 836-bed hospital with neighbourhood improvement. The contract includes also equipping of the hospital with medical devices and facilities; and installation of the power, gas, water supply, and sewage systems with their connecting up to the public network in the city of Turkmenabat.

The President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on assigning the following supervisors chargeable for: Akhal velayat - deputy-chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Palvan Gylychdurdyevich Taganov;

The President of Turkmenistan signed a Ukase “On celebrating “Oraza Bairamy” – the national holiday of Turkmen people, on July18, 2015, and on announcing July 18 as nonworking day.

The Ukase of the President of Turkmenistan sanctioned the following appointments: Bashimmyrat Atamyradovich Hojamam-medov – deputy-chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan; relieved of the position of khyakim of Balkan velayat;

The President of Turkmenistan signed a Ukase on 10-percent increase of: the rate of wages and salaries of workers of the budgetary institutions and organizations, self-financing enterprises and social organizations; the rate of pensions and social allowances, scholarships of students and trainees. The Ukase enters in force as of January1, 2016.

By the Ukase of the President of Turkmenistan, Nobatgeldi Tashliyev was appointed khyakim of Gumdag city, Balkan velayat.

According to the Law of Turkmenistan “On standardization” and “The 2011-2015 Standardization System Development State Program”, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution on approving the State Standard of Turkmenistan TDS 562-2015 for the National Flag of Turkmenistan.
