In accordance with Article 30 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On Legal Acts", President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, signed the Decree on amending Presidential Decree No. 1077 dated November 29, 1993 "Concerning State Duty ".

In accordance with Articles 30-31 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On Legal Acts", President of Turkmenistan, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, signed the Resolution on amending some of regulatory legal acts of the President of Turkmenistan and recognition of some of them as invalid.
