The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, in accordance with which the Government Commission was established to organize high-level celebrations and events on the occasion of the 140th anniversary of the city of Ashgabat and the Plan of celebrations and events were approved.
The document instructed the relevant ministries, sectoral departments and the khyakimlik of Ashgabat to ensure that the celebrations and events outlined in the Plan are held at the high level.
