President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree on conferring the honorary title "Türkmenistanyň Watan goragçysy" to the members of the State Security Council for protecting state sovereignty, territorial integrity, the constitutional system of independent neutral Turkmenistan, ensuring law and order, and also taking into account the many years of impeccable service to the sovereign Fatherland.
