In order to ensure the implementation of the "Programme of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country for 2019-2025", to strengthen control over the measures taken in this direction, as well as to further increase the responsibility of the Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers and Khyakims for the social and economic development in the velayats and the city of Ashgabat, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, making appointments:

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Gadyrgeldi Mushshikov was reprimanded for improper execution of official duties, weakening of control over the activities of the ministries and departments under his supervision.

In order to reward diplomatic officials of Turkmenistan in the epoch of might and happiness for their personal contribution to the implementation of the neutral, peaceful and constructive foreign policy of the country, building up and strengthening relations with foreign states in the political, trade, economic, scientific, educational, cultural, humanitarian and other fields, protection of state interests, rights and legitimate interests of citizens and legal entities of Turkmenistan abroad, expansion of effective dialogue with authoritative international organizations, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, authorizing to establish a professional honorary distinctions "Türkmenistanyň ussat diplomaty" as well as the Regulations on the award, its description and sample of the certificate. 

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Minister of Culture Atageldi Shamyradov was severely reprimanded for improper execution of official duties and serious shortcomings in work. 

By an Order of the President of Turkmenistan, Chairman of Türkmenhimiýa State Concern Nyyazly Myradovich Nyyazlyev has received a severe reprimand for the improper performance of his official duties and professional shortcomings.
