Under Article 7 of the Law of Turkmenistan “On Appellations of Origin of Goods”, the President of Turkmenistan has signed a Resolution, approving the list of government agencies authorized to issue a document which acknowledges that the applicant produces a product in a designated geographical region in Turkmenistan whose particularly distinctive qualities and characteristics are exclusively associated with the natural and (or) ethnographical factors peculiar to this geographical location.  

Resolutions of the President of Turkmenistan have approved:

In accordance with an Order issued by the President of Turkmenistan, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Esenmyrad Orazgeldiev has received a severe reprimand for the unsatisfactory performance of his official duties and work-related shortcomings;

In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Myratgeldi Meredov was severely reprimanded with the last warning for improper performance of official duties and shortcomings in his work.
