In order to carefully preserve the ancestral spiritual and moral values of the Turkmen people, to consistently enhance national traditions and customs inherited from ancestors, guided by the noble principles of humanism, kindness and generosity, to further strengthen the unity and cohesion of our courageous, inspired people in the epoch of might and happiness in accordance with article 81 of the Labor Code of Turkmenistan, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov issued the Decree, authorizing:

1. to celebrate the Turkmen people’s national holiday ¬ Kurban Bayramy on July 20-21-22, 2021.

2. all institutions, enterprises and organizations, regardless of their form of ownership, to ensure the execution of this Decree.
