In accordance with the 2019-2025 Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the country’s socio-economic development, to successfully tackle the tasks assigned to the Turkmenbashi Refinery Complex, to ensure uninterrupted supplies of petroleum products to foreign markets, the President of Turkmenistan has signed a Resolution, authorizing the Turkmenbashi Refinery Complex to conclude a contract with Petro Gas LLP (United Kingdom) for the design and construction of a third loading berth for Kenar, an enterprise specializing in the transportation and storage of petroleum products. Under the terms of the contract, the project shall be fully completed and put into service within 30 months.

In accordance with the 2030 Development Program for the Oil and Gas Industry of Turkmenistan, to efficiently handle the tasks of the country’s gas industry, to boost production and exports of natural gas to foreign countries, the President of Turkmenistan has signed a Resolution authorizing Türkmengaz State Concern, in compliance with the Presidential Resolution No. 10747 of December 29, 2009, to conclude a contract with СNPС Сhuanqing Drilling Engineering Company Limited (P.R.C.) for the completion of construction and commissioning of three gas wells, whose construction began under the terms of the contract concluded with Gulf Oil & Gas FZE (UAE), but was not completed.  The works shall be executed and completed within 30 months.

To successfully tackle the tasks of increasing grain production in the epoch of power and happiness, to provide a supportive and stimulating environment for daikhan associations, tenant farmers, and landowners to work productively and produce abundant crops, the President of Turkmenistan has signed a Resolution, prescribing the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan to conclude contracts with tenant farmers, land-users and landowners in collaboration with regional khyakimliks to plant wheat for harvest 2022 in the established wheat-growing area, and to ensure the fulfillment of grain production plans.

To successfully implement the 2020-2025 Program for Foreign Economic Activities of Turkmenistan, to promote active cooperation with international financial organizations, to improve and upgrade the domestic healthcare sector’s facilities, the President of Turkmenistan has signed a Resolution ‘On obtaining a loan for the healthcare system of Turkmenistan for the COVID-19 Response Project’.

In compliance with Articles 30 and 31 of the Law of Turkmenistan ‘On Legal Acts’, the President of Turkmenistan has signed a Resolution ‘On making amendments and supplements to a number of normative legal acts of the President of Turkmenistan and declaring some of them null and void’.
