In order to scientifically substantiate the fundamental reforms carried out in Turkmenistan in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the large-scale implementation of scientific achievements in the economy and in all spheres, as well as the training of highly qualified specialists and scientific personnel, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order, according to which quotas for the admission of postgraduate students, doctoral students to postgraduate and doctoral studies in the areas of science, registration of applicants for academic degrees, as well as the admission of residents to clinical residency in 2025 were approved.
In accordance with Part Three of the Regulation on the International Prizes Committee named after Magtymguly, approved by Decree of the President of Turkmenistan dated 4th of October, 2013 № 6434 «On the Magtymguly International Prize», I decree:
In order to successfully implement the tasks set in the Program «Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State: National Program for Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052», to enhance the beauty of the architectural and urban appearance of the city of Arkadag, as well as to fulfill the tasks arising from the Concept for the Development of the City of Arkadag in 2024-2052, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution «On the Construction of the First Stage of the Medical Cluster of the City of Arkadag».
In order to successfully implement the tasks set in the Program «Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State: National Program for Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052», to enhance the beauty of the architectural and urban appearance of the city of Arkadag, as well as to fulfill the tasks arising from the Concept for the Development of the City of Arkadag in 2024-2052, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution.

In order to increase the quantity and further improve the quality of passenger transportation services, in accordance with the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028» and the Program « Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State: National Program for the socio-economic development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052», the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution.
In order to strengthen the state system of guarantees, ensuring and protecting human rights and freedoms in Turkmenistan, as well as fulfilling our country's international obligations on human rights and intensifying cooperation with international organisations in the humanitarian sphere, focusing on work related to preventing threats at the national level, given that human trafficking is considered one of the most acute threats in the world, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution.

The status of permanent Neutrality of our Motherland, confidently moving forward into the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state through transformations and achievements, opens up new opportunities for an even greater expansion of mutual understanding, relations of effective cooperation between states and peoples.
In order to successfully fulfill the tasks set before the domestic oil and gas industry, in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Resolution, allowing the State Concern «Türkmennebit» to carry out the relevant work to further strengthen the material and technical base of the installation at the Seydi Oil Refinery.
