In order to transform the country into a flourishing region, create forest zones and properly care for the planted seedlings in the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, as well as to implement the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan «On planting seedlings in Turkmenistan in 2026», the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree. According to the document, on the 21^st of March, 2026, it is prescribed to hold a nationwide gardening campaign.

Ministries, branch departments, hakimliks of velayats, the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag were instructed to ensure a high organisational level of mass planting of seedlings.
