In order to further enhance the world fame of the exemplary turkmen alabay - the national treasure and pride of the Turkmen people, and in accordance with Resolution № 2222 of the President of Turkmenistan «On holding competitions on the occasion of the turkmen alabay Holiday» dated 9th of April, 2021, the President of Turkmenistan signed an Order prescribing that on the occasion of the turkmen alabay Holiday, on the 26th of October, 2025, in the city of Ashgabat, the international competition «Ýylyň türkmen edermen alabaýy» will be held, as well as competitions among carpet makers, artists, sculptors, photographers, publishing workers and television cameramen for the artistic display of the appearance of turkmen alabay in works of fine and decorative and applied art, publishing products, photographs, on television channels, approving the composition of the jury of these competitions.

To dismiss Charyyev Orazmuhammet Atajanovich from the posts of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Riyadh), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the State of Palestine, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Sultanate of Oman, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Arab Republic of Egypt, as well as Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan to the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation in connection with the transfer to another job.

To appoint Ayazov Muhammetgeldi Nurberdiyevich as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (city of Riyadh).

To dismiss Garajayev Serdarmammet Saparmammedovich from the posts of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Iraq, as well as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the State of Kuwait in connection with his transfer to another job.

To assign to Bayramov Bayram Akmyradovich the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.

To appoint Bayramov Bayram Akmyradovich as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi).

To dismiss Ayazov Muhammetgeldi Nurberdiyevich from the posts of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Armenia (Yerevan), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Lebanese Republic in connection with his transfer to another job.

Appoint Myradov Guvanchgeldi Dovletgeldiyevich as hakim of the Altyn Asyr etrap of Ahal velayat.

To appoint Atakov Polat Kakajanovich as the hakim of the Gubadag etrap of the Dashoguz velayat.

To appoint Saparov Shageldi Gurbandurdyyevich as the hakim of the Saparmyrat Turkmenbashy etrap of the Dashoguz velayat.
