In accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Ataev is appointed as the Deputy Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs of Turkmenistan.

In accordance with the ""Programme of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country for 2019-2025"", in order to successfully implement the tasks set for the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries, as well as to ensure the safety and smooth operation of technological facilities of the complex, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, authorizing the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries to conclude a contract with the company ""INVEST Enterprises Limited"" of the People's Republic of China (Hong Kong) and the private enterprise ""Azap"" for the reconstruction of two main power plants within 18 months at the expenses of the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries.

On December 25, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held video conference session of the Cabinet of Ministers where priority subjects of the state life as well as drafts of some documents have been reviewed. Heads of administrations of the regions and Ashgabat have been invited to the session.

The State Library of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan and the National Library of Armenia launched cooperation on December 24.

A working meeting held at the Ministry of Finance and Economy with the head of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Ashgabat focused on the urgent issues and prospects for further development of long-term cooperation.

Online conference of working group of Interdepartmental Commission for development of digital economy in Turkmenistan has been held on December 24. The goal of the Commission is to support practical implementation and promotion of digital technologies on all levels of the government and social life.

The presentation of the book by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov ""The Spiritual World of the Turkmen"", published in French, took place in the building of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry on December 23.

The Chairperson of the Mejlis took part in the first videoconference meeting, organized by the UNDP Regional Office for Europe and the CIS and the United Nations Regional Center for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia (UNRCCA) on December 23. The meeting agenda was the launch of the Dialogue of Women Leaders from Central Asian states.

The fourth release of Foreign Policy and Diplomacy of Turkmenistan Magazine, which presents quarterly review of important events related to foreign strategy implemented by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on strengthening of international cooperation and achievement of national goals, has been published.
