The President of Turkmenistan has encouraged the sportsmen of national team who would participate in V Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games.

The Torch of V Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games were lit up at super giant gas deposit Galkynysh in Mary Velayat.

Preparation for the 5th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games (AIMAG) is a crucial part of our country’s life. AIMAG is going to become the large-scale event not only for Turkmenistan, but also for the whole Central Asian Region and will gather tens of thousands of spectators and participants.

Employees of central and regional mass media, as well as freelance writers from all corners of the country - oil workers, gas specialists, teachers, students, etc., took part in the creative review devoted to the 5th Asian indoor and martial arts games. 50 works were selected for publication - articles, photo reports and poems, highlighting such important aspects as the development of a mass sports and health movement and sports of higher achievements in our country, the establishment of the principles of a healthy lifestyle.
