The President of Turkmenistan has encouraged the sportsmen of national team who would participate in V Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games. Following noble traditions of our nation, we decided to light the Torch of V Asian Games at the largest gas deposit Galkynysh, which resources would bring the prosperity not only to our people but to other nations as well in the nearest future, the Head of the State has said in his speech that was broadcasted by television spacebridge linked the capital and Mary Velayat. After, the Head of the State has addressed the members of Turkmenistan national team and wished the success and good results at v Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games held under the slogan “Health, Inspiration, Frindship”. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed the confidence that our sportsmen would demonstrate true skills and make deserving contribution to improve the sport pride of Turkmenistan. Sports is an art training the fortitude, endurance, willpower, self-control, sense of justice, friendliness and goodness. A person having all these merits deserves respect and honour, the Head of the State has said.
