In settlement of Dushak in Kaka etrap of Akhal velayat within the realisation «National Rural redevelopment Program of the President of Turkmenistan for 2020» the ceremony of foundation laying of a maternity department for 20 beds took place.

Saudi Arabia puts considerable amount of investment in the construction of the TAPI gas pipeline. Financial resources for TAPI have been allocated by the Saudi Development Fund due to the agreements reached during the official visit of the President of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in May 2016, according to Babayev M., the vice premier in charge of the fuel and energy complex.

At the meeting of the Government President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov supported the proposal to unite the Holiday of the Turkmen carpet and the Day of Textile Industry Workers.

On last Tuesday, the third container train making rest run along China – Kazakhstan – Turkmenistan – Iran route went from Turkmenistan to Iran via Akyayla railway station. As it was informed earlier, the first test along this route crossed Turkmen – Iranian border on January 8 and the second one few days later on January 12.
