Today, on July 1, a briefing dedicated to the preparations for a unique event—the World Horse Racing Championship and the Ahal-Teke Horse Beauty Contest—was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The event is scheduled to take place from September 4 to 6, 2026, at the Peelbergen Equestrian Centre in Kronenberg, the Netherlands.

The participants of the briefing, including heads and representatives of diplomatic missions accredited in Turkmenistan, as well as representatives of local and foreign media outlets, received information on the preparations for this first-of-its-kind event to be held in Europe.
