Today, a concert of artists dedicated to Constitution and National Flag Day of Turkmenistan took place at the Ashgabat Song and Music Center in the capital. The musical performances celebrated the happy life of our people, who labor and create in the name of the great goals of the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state.

The musical celebration opened with an inspiring piece reflecting the tremendous work being carried out today in our sovereign Homeland under the leadership of the National Leader of the Turkmen people and the President of Turkmenistan, aimed at the prosperity of the country and the well-being of the people, and expressing sincere gratitude to Hero-Arkadag and Arkadagly Hero Serdar.

The poetic and musical composition “Zeýtun ýapragyny ýaran edinen ýaşyl Baýdagyma – Tuguma tagzym!” performed with great appealingness by the artists and accompanied by dance performances, became an inspiring hymn of love for the Motherland and pride in the sacred flag.

This dual celebration, uniting the adoption of the country’s Constitution, which embodies the principles of statehood and the invaluable democratic experience of the people, and the creation of the sacred Banner of the independent Fatherland, is of paramount importance, strengthening national unity and symbolizing a commitment to the lofty ideals of peace, humanism, and creativity.

The country’s Basic Law and the high-flying State Flag of Turkmenistan are a national treasure, testifying to a glorious past, a happy present, and a bright future, reflecting our unity, pride, and dignity.

As noted in President Serdar Berdimuhamedov’s congratulatory address to the people of independent neutral Turkmenistan, the Constitution, which affirms the individual as the highest value of society and the state, and the State Flag, which embodies the inviolability of our independence and neutrality, cohesion, and unity, are national sacred objects. Today, in the era of the Revival of the new era of the powerful state, relying on these sacred foundations, we are building a legal, secular state, a just civil society, and successfully implementing socio-economic and political-legal reforms. Guided by the principles of humanism enshrined in the Basic Law and holding high the green Banner as a national treasure, we are creating the modern history of an independent state. Uniting to realize our ambitious plans for a peaceful and happy future for our sunny Homeland, we are achieving high economic indicators recognized throughout the world.

According to the motto “The Motherland is the Motherland only with the people! The state is the state only with the people!” our courageous people have achieved remarkable success thanks to their creative strength and patriotic pride. These achievements, along with their colossal potential, confirm the greatness of our present and future.

The musical and dance performances dedicated to the holiday were performed with great enthusiasm and inspiration.

The concert program was distinguished by the richness of contemporary Turkmen art, a diversity of forms and artistic schools. The stage design, vibrant performances, and energetic dances made a pleasant impression on the audience, enhancing the Turkmen people’s sense of pride and happiness for their independent neutral Homeland, which has entered a new stage of development, for its Constitution and Flag.

Speakers noted the great achievements resulting from the reforms carried out under the leadership of Arkadagly Hero Serdar, who has worthily continued the initiatives of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, and praised the miraculous beauty of their native land and eternal human values.

The event also included performances dedicated to the 2026 motto “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses” and the world-famous Ahalteke horses. Original compositions and a variety of creative forms, reflecting the rich potential of Turkmen art, served as further evidence of the historical continuity of generations and the enormous importance attached at the state level to the preservation and development of the people’s rich spiritual heritage.

A powerful final chord to the festive event was a song performed by all the concert participants, glorifying the proudly flying green flag and the Constitution of our sovereign Fatherland.
