Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held an online working meeting with participation of Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet T.Atahallyev and khyakims of velayats at which the issues, connected with the agro-industrial sector of the country and work carried out in regions, were considered.

Khyakim of Akhal velayat T.Nurmyradov, who reported on the paces of seasonal agricultural campaigns in the region, was the first to take the floor.

As he informed, with a view to obtain a high yield of wheat, at present, fields are applied with top dressing with mineral fertilizers and watering.

Nowadays, the cotton sowing continues in the velayat. Necessary measures are taken to complete this responsible campaign within established agro-technical terms. In the fields where young shoots are received, watering and interrow cultivation are carried out.

Guided with tasks set to supply fully the population with local vegetables and gourds, corresponding work is implemented in the areas sown with potato and other food crops.

In addition, due efforts are made to complete successfully the season of cocoon production in the velayat.

In connection with the approach of the warm weather in the region, cleaning and ploughing actions are realized to prevent and fight fire in pastures and fields, at foothills, wood and park zones as well as along motor and the railway roads.

Besides it, the khyakim reported on the course of civil work at industrial, social and cultural projects planned to put into operation in the velayat this year according to the national rural redevelopment program.

Summing up the report, the head of the state gave him a number of the instructions, concerning qualitative and timely conduction of cotton sowing as well as proper care of wheat and spring crops according to agro-technical standards.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed the khyakim to keep control over the terms and quality of fulfilment of the works planned for the current year in the region within realisation of the national rural redevelopment program.

Then, khyakim of Balkan velayat Kh. Ashyrmyradov reported on the course of agricultural campaigns in the region.

He informed that at present, due care is taken of wheat, in particular, top dressing with mineral fertilizers and vegetative watering.

In the velayat, the cotton sowing campaign proceeds and the sown fields are irrigated.

Agriculturists also take proper care of the areas planted with potato, vegetables and gourds according to agro-technical standards.

For successful realisation of the approved plan for production of cocoons, at present, silkworm growers provide proper care of silkworms.

In connection with the warming, due measures are to ensure prevention of fire in pastures, in mountain, wood zones and on flat areas of the region.

The khyakim also reported on the course of fulfilment of the works planned for this year in the velayat according to programs of social and economic development of the country.

Having heard the report, the President of Turkmenistan underlined that the important requirement of today is proper conduction of current seasonal agricultural campaigns, in particular, the cotton sowing campaign as well as due care of wheat and spring crops, and in that connection, gave the khyakim concrete instructions.

The head of the state also instructed the head of administration of the velayat to keep control over the qualitative and timely completion of construction of various projects planned to open in this year within programs of social and economic development of the country.

Then, khyakim of Dashoguz velayat D.Babayev reported on paces of seasonal agricultural works in the region.

As he informed, at present, wheat fields are provided with due care as well as applied with top dressing with mineral fertilizers and vegetative watering.

Necessary measures are taken to carry out the cotton sowing in the velayat at high quality within established agro-technical terms. The agricultural machinery is fully involved in these activities.

Besides it, farmers take proper care of the fields sown with spring potato, vegetables and gourds.

Along with it, they carry out due measures to fulfil successfully the established plan for production of cocoons in the velayat.

With the rise of air temperature in large forests, in pastures and in steppes, the ploughing of soil for maintenance of fire safety proceeds.

The khyakim also reported on the course of construction of social, cultural and industrial projects planned to place into operation in the region in the current year according to government programs.

Having heard the report, the President of Turkmenistan emphasised the significance of proceeding seasonal agricultural actions and in that regard, instructed the khyakim to carry out constant control over observance of agro-technical requirements at all production phases.

The head of the state also instructed him to provide appropriate and timely fulfilment of the works planned in the current year in the region according to programs of social and economic development of the country.

Then, khyakim of Lebap velayat D.Genjiyev reported on proceeding seasonal agricultural actions in the velayat.

He informed that at present, the wheat fields of the region are applied with soil top dressing with mineral fertilizers and vegetative watering.

Along with it, the cotton sowing with effective involvement of agricultural machinery and equipment proceeds.

At the same time, the agricultural fields of the velayat sown with potato, vegetables and gourds are provided proper care.

Corresponding steps are also taken to fulfil successfully the plan for production of cocoons of silkworm.

With a view of fire-prevention in wood zones, in pastures and fields under crops, ploughing is carried out.

Besides it, the khyakim reported on the course of construction of different projects planned to commission into operation in the velayat in the current year according to programs of social and economic development of the country.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov outlined conduction of cotton sowing within agro-technical terms, as well as ensuring of proper care of wheat and other food crops among priority goals and gave the khyakim to that end concrete instructions.

Having pointed out the importance of successful fulfilment of the tasks planned in programs of social and economic development of the country, the head of the state instructed the khyakim to ensure fulfilment of civil work at the projects to be opened in the velayat this year, at a high quality level and in target dates.

Then, khyakim of Mary velayat D.Annaberdiyev reported on the state of affairs in the region.

As he informed, these days, wheat fields are applied mineral fertilizers and irrigated according to agro-technical standards.

At the same time, necessary measures are implemented to ensure a well-organised conduction of cotton sowing and effective functioning of agricultural machinery involved in the campaign.

According to set tasks to increase in production of potato, vegetable and gourd crops as well as sufficient maintenance of the population with these produces, proper care is taken of agricultural fields.

In the velayat, the season of cocoon production, care of silkworm eggs are in full swing at present.

In connection with the rise of air temperature, with a view of prevention of fire hazardous situations in wood zones, in pastures and areas under crops, as well as along motor and the railway roads of the velayat, the ploughing and cleaning of designated areas are carried out.

Besides it, the khyakim reported on the course of construction of social, cultural and industrial projects, which according to the national rural redevelopment program are planned to put into operation in the velayat in the current year.

Having heard the report, the President of Turkmenistan noticed that the important requirement these days is strict observance of agro-technical standards in implementation of agricultural campaigns, and instructed the khyakim to hold under constant control over the activities realized in the sphere.

The head of the state also instructed the khyakim to ensure the qualitative and timely fulfilment of the works planned for this year in the velayat within realisation of the national rural redevelopment program.

Then, Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet T.Atahallyev reported on the course of current seasonal agricultural campaigns in the country.

As he informed, at present, wheat fields of velayats are applied with mineral fertilizers and irrigated to obtain vegetation according to agro-technical standards.

Along with it, regions of the country carry out a well-organized cotton sowing campaigns and thus special attention is given to effective operation of agricultural machinery. In the sown areas vegetative irrigation is carried out and in the fields where good shoots were obtained, interrow cultivation is carried out.

At the same time, in agricultural fields of the country, proper care is taken of spring crops.

With a view of successful fulfilment of the cocoon production plan as well as maintenance of textile enterprises of the country with raw materials, proper care is provided of silkworm eggs.

Besides it, the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet reported on adopted measures to prevent fires in wood zones, in pastures and areas under crops in the country in connection with the rise of air temperature.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov marked that strict observance of agro-technical standards in implementation of current agricultural work, introduction of innovative methods and involvement of modern high-efficiency machinery promote not only reception of rich crops, but also rational use of land and water resources that help attainment of sustainable development of the sector. In that connection, corresponding commissions were given to the Deputy-Chairman of the Cabinet.

Then, the head of the state, addressing participants of the working meeting, once again made an emphasis on the work carried out in agricultural fields of the country and underlined the significance of completion of cotton sowing within target dates and proper care by wheat and other food crops taking into account a scientifically well-developed approach and instructed to hold these issues in the centre of attention.

In connection with the warming of weather, the President of Turkmenistan instructed to provide strict observance of standards of fire safety for prevention of fires in wood zones, in pastures and areas under crops in the country.

Concluding the online working meeting, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished its participants sound health, family well-being and big successes in their work.
