Today, under the leadership of National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedova, a regular meeting of the State Organizing Committee for high-level events to mark the declaration of 2025 as the “International Year of Peace and Trust” and the 30^th anniversary of permanent neutrality of our fatherland was held. Hero-Arkadag also familiarised with preparation of corresponding objects of the capital for international events.

At present, it has become a noble tradition to discuss organisation issues of celebrations on the occasion of the significant dates that have a great significance in the life of our country. It promotes appropriate organization of large-scale international forums and efficiency of the planned events.

Hero-Arkadag underlined that one should give proper attention to decoration of this corner as well as durability and longevity of building materials used in work. At that, green zones created in the given territory as well as care of them, should correspond to high ecological requirements.

Further, Hero-Arkadag marked that the place where the Neutrality Monument is located, is sacred and with satisfaction underlined that residents and guests of the city regularly visit it. It is a bright symbol of the national pride of our people for the neutral status of our independent country.

As Hero-Arkadag noted, the cultural program of the events planned on this occasion should be prepared at high level and underlined that in this connection it is expedient to apply modern advanced practice and the latest technologies.

All planned international events should reflect the neutral status of our country and peace-loving policy pursued under the leadership of the President of Turkmenistan, Hero-Arkadag said and gave valuable recommendations to that end.

The different projects combining the best traditions of national of architecture and advanced methods, provide as much as possible comfortable conditions both for life, and for work and form a new, modern shape of the capital. It strengthens the status of white marble-coated Ashgabat as a wonderful and comfortable city for living.

A number of modern projects of the capital have been included in the Guinness Records Book. It speaks of the fact that the large-scale program for development of the chief town of the country, initiated by Hero-Arkadag is successfully realised under the leadership of Arkadagly Hero Serdar. As known, Ashgabat is recognised in the world as the city with the biggest concentration of white marble-coated buildings.

Our capital enjoys a wide popularity today and is considered the regional centre of innovations, science, education, cultures and industry. Bright illumination of streets, the comfort, and appropriate ecological level also raise the prestige of Ashgabat on the international scene.

One should point out that the country’s main city becomes a regular venue for international forums, exhibitions and large-scale events, promoting development of fruitful cooperation. It testifies to a growing interest of the world community in white marble-coated Ashgabat, which is considered as a pearl of Asia.

In this regard, the policy of the President of Turkmenistan, based on principles of peaceful disposition and mutually beneficial cooperation, is very successful and the white marble coated capital has become the centre of friendship and brotherhood where peaceful initiatives for the benefit of entire mankind are formed.

Hero-Arkadag underlined that the level of cleanliness and accomplishment of the capital should be under an unrelenting control and made useful recommendations to corresponding heads in this respect. Tasks on the further augmentation of the international authority of our independent, permanently neutral country should be completely executed.

Development of the capital should reflect a happy life and well-being of townspeople. At the same time, it is necessary to develop the program of the events popularising white marble-coated Ashgabat in the world and to take measures for its realisation, Hero-Arkadag said and marked the necessity of all-round attention to harmonious development of the central city of the country.

Hero-Arkadag familiarised with the possibilities created for well-organised conduction of planned events. One should use the best efforts for maintenance of a high level of organisation of international conferences that will promote increase of efficiency of international events. Therefore, all issues connected with organization of events, should remain in the centre of attention.

As Hero-Arkadag noted, all conditions for appropriate service of guests on the basis of national traditions should be created. It was underlined that one should take a complex approach to international events on the occasion of significant dates.

Principles of Turkmen hospitality have a great significance for creation of pleasant impressions of Turkmenistan and its hardworking people on guests, Hero-Arkadag said and gave concrete instructions to corresponding authorities.

On his way, Hero-Arkadag stopped at the water reservoir fed from mountain sources. The hydro-construction called «Bitaraplyk suw howdany» harmoniously blends with the architectural landscape of the district and creates with white marble-coated buildings of the capital a unique beauty.

Speaking of the significance of water for soil, Hero-Arkadag underlined that it is necessary to take a very responsible approach to cleanness of the reservoir and rational use of water. Having noted results of work carried out in this area, Hero-Arkadag made valuable recommendations to corresponding authorities on solicitous attitude to water resources and appropriate use of floodwaters.

Then, under the chairmanship of Hero-Arkadag, a regular meeting of the State Organizing Committee for high-level events to mark the declaration of 2025 as the “International Year of Peace and Trust” and the 30^th anniversary of permanent neutrality of our fatherland was held with participation of heads of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, deputy-chairmen of the Cabinet, heads of military and law enforcement bodies of the country. The organizational issues connected with the forthcoming representative Forum were considered.

Speaking of the agenda of the meeting of the Organizing committee, Hero-Arkadag underlined the importance of coordination of the organizational component of the Forum and international events to be held on its margins.

Thus, it is necessary to give proper attention to the contents of the cultural program.

Having underlined the significance of arrangement of sales of various goods and souvenirs with memorable symbols in shopping centres of Ashgabat and velayats in festivities, Hero-Arkadag pointed out that participants of large-scale exhibitions and international events timed to these events should be provided with services according to national traditions of hospitality.

Pursuing the peaceful foreign policy, Turkmenistan realises appropriate activity in this area and puts forward important initiatives. In this connection, in popularisation of the peaceful doctrine of our state in the world a great role is played by the mass media.

One should use the best efforts for holding international events and festive activities at the highest level, Hero-Arkadag said. Teachers and students who will participate in them as volunteers and translators should bring their worthy contribution to this work. The level of their preparation should be given particular attention. It is important to provide participants with communication and Internet services at high level in hotels and venues of actions, organized on the sidelines of the Forum.

National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Hero-Arkadag underlined that in celebrations on the occasion of the 30^th anniversary of permanent neutrality of our fatherland one should not miss any aspect connected with demonstration of the peace-loving policy of our country to the world. One should also organise duty of all services, provide maintenance of the order and regular work of transport service in the city.

Hero-Arkadag noted that our country, the neutral status of which has been recognised three times, enjoy a great authority in the world and actively co-operates with many states. As was underlined, carrying out solemn events at high level in honour of the significant date will raise the international image of our neutral country.

At the end of the meeting of the Organizational committee, Hero-Arkadag wished all successes in their work to hold international events at high level and demonstrate to the whole world noble traditions of our courageous people, its hospitality, expressed in wise sayings «Myhman ataňdan uly», «Gelen - döwlet» («Guest is above one’s father» and «Guest - well-being»), as well as for all-round prosperity of our beloved country.

The gathered assured that they will do their best for successful fulfilment of set tasks effectively using the possibilities created thanks to efforts of Hero-Arkadag and the President of Turkmenistan.
