President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Russian President Vladimir Putin on his birthday.

Praising the current level of comprehensive cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation, the head of state emphasised the Russian leader's personal attention and enormous contribution to the development of strategic and friendly relations between the two countries.

«We intend to further expand the time-tested political, trade, economic, cultural, and humanitarian ties between our countries», the President of Turkmenistan emphasised.

Taking this pleasant opportunity, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished to President Vladimir Putin good health, happiness, and success in his work, and to the friendly people of the Russian Federation well-being and prosperity.
