On behalf of the people and Government of Turkmenistan, and on his own behalf, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov warmly congratulated Mr. Rustam Minnihanov on his election victory and reelection as Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation.

«The results of the vote testify to your dedicated work and the high level of trust of the entire people of Tatarstan», –the head of state noted in his message, expressing confidence that this important event will contribute to the further development of Tatarstan and the well-being of its citizens.
