Today, humanitarian aid for children and residents of Afghanistan affected by the earthquake was sent from the International Airport of the capital. This is yet another example of how the noble traditions of the Turkmen people, which are worldwide exemplars, continue in the country in accordance with the spirit of modernity.

According to the Order of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, textile products, food supplies, clothing, and other necessary goods were delivered as humanitarian assistance to the neighboring Afghan people—primarily to children and residents affected by the earthquake.

The Turkmen people continue to follow ancient traditions of humanism and mercy, extending a brotherly hand of help to those in need. The dispatch of humanitarian aid to those affected by the earthquake in Afghanistan, on behalf of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship, demonstrates the high importance of noble principles at the state level.

In accordance with the decision of the head of Turkmenistan, to provide humanitarian assistance to the people of Afghanistan, food and essential goods were sent at the expense of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship.

Today, as a result of the successful implementation by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov of the noble goals initiated by Hero Arkadag, humanitarian principles are actively developing in the country, which is particularly evident in good deeds such as supporting those in need.

Thanks to the fatherly care of Hero Arkadag, the young citizens of our country are surrounded by love and care. Support for the family, protection of motherhood and childhood, worthy upbringing of the younger generation, and providing them with opportunities for education are among the priorities of state policy carried out by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. In the new historical era, Turkmenistan, alongside other regions, is intensifying cultural and humanitarian cooperation, systematically providing assistance and support to those in need. Evidence of this is the humanitarian aid sent by the Charitable Foundation to those affected by the earthquake in Afghanistan.

A cargo plane of the State Service "Türkmenhowaýollary" made a special flight from Ashgabat to Kabul, delivering various products and goods intended for those affected by the earthquake in the neighboring country.

The ceremony for receiving humanitarian aid from Turkmenistan was held in a warm atmosphere. Participants of the event in Afghanistan expressed gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty, Hero Arkadag, and President Serdar Berdimuhamedov for their constant help and support to the Afghan people.

As was noted, all of this elevates good-neighborly relations to a qualitatively new level, indicating the development of cooperation between the two neighboring countries.

Those gathered emphasized that the aid sent to those affected by the earthquake, according to the document signed by the President of the country, and Turkmenistan’s humanitarian efforts inspire the Afghan people to achieve high goals. This once again shows that the ties between the two peoples, connected by a common history and traditions, cover various spheres.
