On behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to Prince Albert II of the Principality of Monaco and all the people of the country on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Principality of Monaco.

Noting that the relations between our countries are based on mutual respect, equality and mutual trust, the head of state emphasised Turkmenistan's interest in expanding bilateral ties, and also expressed confidence that, thanks to joint efforts, cooperation between our countries will continue to develop in the interests of both peoples.

Taking this pleasant opportunity, the President of Turkmenistan expressed wishes for good health, happiness and well-being to Prince Albert II of the Principality of Monaco, and to the friendly people of the country progress and prosperity.
