On behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to the King of Cambodia Norodom Sihamoni and all the people of the country on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The relations between our countries are based on mutual respect, equality and mutual trust, the head of state noted, emphasising that Turkmenistan is interested in expanding bilateral ties, and also expressed confidence that cooperation between our countries will continue to develop in the interests of both peoples.

Using this pleasant opportunity, the President of Turkmenistan expressed wishes for good health, happiness and well-being to the King of Cambodia Norodom Sihamoni, and progress and prosperity to the friendly people of the country.
