In accordance with the Decree of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Japan is also appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of the Philippines.
