Today, a conference dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Organisation of United Nations was held at the Institute of international relations of the Ministry of foreign affairs of Turkmenistan. It was attended by the heads of the MFA, the Ministry of finance and economy, the Ministry of health and medical industry, and the Ministry of education, as well as the heads of UN missions accredited in our country, as well as faculty and students from higher education institutions.

On October 20, 2025, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov familiarized himself with the progress of construction work in Afghanistan on the Serhetabat-Herat section, known as “Arkadagyň ak ýoly” and forming part of the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India gas pipeline project.

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov took part in the stone-laying ceremony of a complex for manufacture of mineral fertilizers of the Turkmenabat chemical plant named after S.A.Niyazov.
