According to the articles 4 and 85 of the Electoral Code of Turkmenistan, the Mejlis of Turkmenistan decree to appoint the elections instead of dropped out deputies of the Mejlis and members of the People’s Councils of velayats, etraps and Gengeshys on Sunday, March 31, 2019.

By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Gurbansoltan Amanova was appointed as the Deputy Hyakim of Balkanabat, Balkan Velayat.
