The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which the Institute of Study of National Production Turnover is assigned to the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations.

Under working visit to Ashgabat, the delegation of the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the Commonwealth of Independent States held the meetings and negotiations in some ministries and departments of Turkmenistan.

President Gurbanguly berdimuhamedov held working video conference session with the participation of some Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Hyakims of the Velayats and Ashgabat. The agenda included priority objectives of social and economic development of the regions and capital city as well as number of other current issues of the state life.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree on improvement of the order of appointment of directors of scientific, research and educational institutes of the ministries, departments and Academy of the Science and universities of the country. The document provides the orders of appointment of the directors of the above-mentioned scientific, research and educational institutes.

For improvement of social and living conditions of the population, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution requesting to establish the Inter-departmental Commission for selection of land for construction of new planned settlements according to construction standards and other regulation acts of Turkmenistan, having approved its composition.

By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Akjemal Durdiiyeva was appointed as the Deputy Hyakim of Dashoguz Velayat for education, culture, health protection and sports.

By the Resolution of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the decision of the IV session of National Trade Unions Centre from January 26, 2019 on release of Gurbangul Bayramova from the post of the Chairperson of National Trade Union Centre of Turkmenistan due to retirement was approved.
