President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President of the Russian Federation had a telephone conversation.

By the Order of the President of Turkmenistan, Hoajgeldy Hojageldiyev was released from the post of the Hyakim of Serakhs etrap, Ahal Velayat due to the transfer to another work. According to the Resolution of Turkmen leader, H. Hojagelldiyev was appointed as the Deputy Hyakim of Ahal Velayat.

By the Order of the President of Turkmenistan, Nazarmyrat Nazarmyradov, who occupied the position of the Deputy Hyakim of Dashoguz Velayat, was appointed as the Hyakim of Dashoguz Velayat.

By the Order of the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, who previously occupied the position of the Deputy Hyakim of Ahal Velayat, was appointed as the Hyakim of Ahal Velayat.

By the request of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Speaker of the Mejlis Gulshat Mammedova received the credentials of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Slovenia to Turkmenistan Branko Rakovec.

President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces Army general Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov gave order right after midnight on operational readiness of relative divisions to combat readiness for inspection of the troops of National Army.
