Human being is the highest value of the state and society, which is stated in the Constitution of Turkmenistan. Therefore, we aim at fundamental reformation of health protection of human, improvement of social and living conditions of the citizens, modernization of the system if health protection and medical industry.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, according to which the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry, the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations, the Ministry of Textile Industry, as well as the Union of Industrialists and Manufacturers of Turkmenistan are authorized to hand over the products, specified in the document, to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan for free as a humanitarian assistance.

In order to further develop cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Kingdom of Bahrain, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, in accordance with which the membership of the joint Turkmen-Bahraini Intergovernmental Commission on Economic, Trade, Scientific and Technological Cooperation was approved for the Turkmen side.

In accordance with the Decree singed by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the honorary title ""People's Doctor of Turkmenistan"" was awarded to:

“I congratulate you on opening of the International Exhibition and Conference “Health-2019”! Our country has achieved significant success in developing the health care system. In frames of the forum, you will learn more about the work on health protection, carried out in the country, the use of the most advanced technologies, modern methods, the achievements of medical industry as well as will share experience”, emphasized President of Turkmenistan in his address.

Signing of memoranda and agreements of cooperation between the Ministry of Health Protection and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan and profile facilities of Russian Federation and Israel were an important outcome of the first day of International Health 2019 Forum.

“I congratulate you on opening of the meeting of the Council for Health Cooperation of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) in Ashgabat! I wish you good health, wellbeing and success in your scientific and creative work, aimed at increasing the level and quality of the social protection of the population, building a modern health system”, says the President of Turkmenistan in his Address.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov congratulated Ursula von der Leyen on the election as the President of the European Commission.

By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Tachmammet Amanguliyev was appointed as as the Director of Mollanepes Student Theatre.

By the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, Myrat Aradov was appointed as the Director of Magtumguly National Music and Drama Theatre.
