President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, who is currently on working trip in Dashoguz Velayat, inspected the works at the agricultural fields of the region.

The opening ceremony of recreation infrastructure facilities, which have been built on the bank of the lake located in Bagiyarlyk etrap, Ashgabat, took place with participation of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. Therefore, new recreation zone has started its work, having welcomed the first guests.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting with the participation of the Chairperson of the Mejlis, Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, and heads of military and law enforcement agencies.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution on naming of the lake in the north of Ashgabat as Altyn köl for establishment of modern recreation zone at the north of Ashgabat, further improvement of ecological situation in this area, turning of the lake into one of the most comfortable recreation places taking into account wide opportunities made for recreation of the residents and guests of the city.

“I congratulate you on the graduation from the Military Academy and higher educational institutions that train specialists who are called upon to protect sovereignty, integrity of borders, state security, public peace, and national legislation! I also congratulate you on your first military rank!” says President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, addressing graduates of the Military Academy, higher educational institutions of law enforcement agencies, as well as the military-medical faculty of Murad Karryev State Medical University.

In order to develop national culture, to encourage the workers of culture and arts to create new works, as well as to celebrate the Day of workers of culture and art and the poetry of Magtymguly Fraghi at a worthy level, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, authorizing the relevant officials to arrange the Week of Culture in Lebap Velayat on June 22-27, 2021.

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held regular video conference working session of the Cabinet of Ministers where current issues of the state life have been discussed.

The Foreign Ministry held online meeting under biannual review of Turkmen – American political consultations. US Deputy Assistant Secretary for Central Asia, Public Dimplomacy and Media J. Henik took part in the meeting from American side.

Vice-premier, Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov took part in online meeting of the heads of foreign ministers of Central Asian countries with Higher Representative of European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borell Fontelles.
