In order to attract financial resources to the national economy, support small and medium businesses, and provide financial assistance for the development of private entrepreneurship, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution authorizing the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs to execute a loan agreement with the OPEC Fund for International Development to finance projects implemented by entrepreneurs.

In order to form processing industrial capacities, build import-substituting production facilities and improve their structure, as well as create new jobs, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree authorizing the Ministry of Industry and Construction Operations to ensure the construction of relevant industrial and production facilities in 2020-2023, as well as to hold international tenders for the selection of contractors for the construction of these facilities and ensure completion of their construction in due time.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the programme on the provision of humanitarian assistance to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in 2020-2022.

In order to prepare for the mutual evaluation of Turkmenistan's national system by the Eurasian group on combating money laundering and financing of terrorism, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution establishing a preparatory Interdepartmental Commission and approving its composition.

In order to further improve the activities of the Ministry of Textile Industry, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, approving the Regulation on the Ministry and the structure of its central office.

In order to establish the proper level of work of the ""Türkmenhaly"" State Association, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree, approving the regulations on the Association and the structure of its central office.

The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, approving the charters of newspapers «Türkmenistan», «Neutral Türkmenistan», «Türkmenistanyň Prezidentiniň metbugat çapary», «Watan», «Galkynyş», «Nesil», «Edebiýat we sungat», «Aşgabat», «Mugallymlar gazeti», «Adalat», «Türkmen dünýäsi», «Türkmen dili», «Esger», «Bereketli toprak», and journals «Diýar», «Garagum», «Zenan kalby», «Dünýä edebiýaty», «Güneş».

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held regular video conference session of the Cabinet of Ministers where current objectives of the country’s development and some draft documents have been reviewed.

The conference hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs hosted regular session of Interdepartmental Commission for provision of international obligations of Turkmenistan in human rights and international humanitarian law.
